Play sparkling clean tones based on a 1973 Hiwatt Custom 100, rich smooth drive tones based on a mix of a '65 Marshall JTM-45, a '58 Fender Bassman and a '63 Fender Vibroverb, British pop / rock tones based on a fawn VOX AC-30, the high-gain based on a Mesa / Boogie Dual Rectifier, and more. With one-touch ease you can access 4 channels of world-class Line 6 preset tones dialed in by pro guitarists. Each channel stores 4 complete amp settings of your own creation. Create, save and recall amp model, EQ, gain and effect settings with the push of a button.

Line 6 Spider IV 30 Smart FX were inspired by stompbox and studio effects to deliver the same unique sounds, colours and textures of session guitarists. Seven brilliant effect models are included: tangy Chorus / Flange, swirly Phaser, expressive Tremolo, classic Delay, beautiful Tape and Sweep Echoes, and full Reverb. Tap Tempo syncs all your time-based effects. Up to three effects can be used simultaneously. Spend less time adjusting and more time rocking with Smart FX. Each knob adjusts the amount of the chosen effect so you can get back to playing as quickly as possible.

The Line 6 Spider IV 30 combo's easy-to-use front panel makes it easy to find stage-ready tones. Add grit with the Drive knob or shape your tone with the wide variety of effects. EQ your sound with the Bass, Mid and Treble knobs. When you choose an amp model, the Line 6 Spider IV 30 EQ section behaves just like the EQ of the modelled amplifier.
