The USB powered Korg nanPad2 is a low-profile USB MIDI pad controller that is excellent for playing or entering drum data featuing sixteen solid, responsive, and velocity-sensitive trigger pads, an X-Y Touchpad to control multiple MIDI synth parameters, plus four banks of pad assignments, providing a total of 64 pads setups.
Other features of the Korg nanoPad2 USB MIDI pad controller include a new Touch Scale function to play phrases on the X-Y touchpad, just as on the Korg Kaossilator, and the Gate Arp function, borrowed from the Korg Kaossilator Pro, which transmits note data based on tempo.
